Orem Vacker is the father of Alden Vacker and the elf who puts on the spectacular light show, the Celestial Festival, every time when there's a total eclipse. He is the son of Luzia Vacker, and the grandfather of Biana, Fitz, and Alvar. We finally meet him in Flashback, when he is at the trial for Alvar.
